Mrluck Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to mrluck. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mrluck ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, features, and content available on mrluck.vip and the official mrluck mobile app.

By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the MrLuck platform, you immediately agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

Mrluck reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mrluck at all times. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identification card numbers, or financial information is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number.
• A valid email address that you own and have full access to.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• A valid Malaysian bank account number registered in your own name.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. MrLuck will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party, contact the mrluck support team via Live Chat immediately for appropriate security action.

Mrluck supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. All deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation.

Deposit requirements:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Mrluck does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account.

Withdrawal requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Mrluck offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and rules stated in each respective promotional offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement is 15x to 30x bonus value depends on the promotion type.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Game contribution details are stated in the terms of each promotion.

General rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and cannot be contested.

For sports betting, the applicable odds are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds shown when you first select your betting option. MrLuck reserves the right to reject or void any bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error.

The following are strictly prohibited on the mrluck platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the mrluck technical infrastructure.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Collusion between members to defraud the system in Live Casino games.
• Abusing the bonus system through dishonest methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing MrLuck staff or other members.

Mrluck reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A written request from the member themselves to close the account.
• A self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mrluck reserves the right to forfeit any balance in that account, including cash and bonuses. Any winnings obtained through means that violate these terms are not eligible for payout.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the MrLuck support team. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are completed.

Mrluck provides the online gaming platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding continuous uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mrluck shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Any actions or omissions by third parties beyond mrluck's control.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence in protecting account security information.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the relationship between mrluck and its members are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by mrluck management.

Members agree that any legal claim against MrLuck must be filed within 12 months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will not be accepted.
